The Independence Valley Farm & Ranch, is an incredible property with an abundance of natural resources. Located along the I-80 highway, the farm and ranch encompasses the Woodland Hills Mountains, the Independence Valley and the North Pequop Mountains. Situated at 5,800 foot elevation with 17 pivots, the farming operation produces high quality alfalfa hay.
The diverse landscape creates a prime habitat for Rocky Mountain elk, Pronghorn antelope, mule deer, thousands of water foul and other native wildlife.
